The color of photo of "By the Window" turned out a lot brighter than it actually is. So, we went back and reprocessed it. I think this is more like the actual painting.

{I'm not sure if this painting is finished. I feel like something is off or perhaps missing.
It seemed like there was too much negative space behind the window panels, so I added really loose gray "foliage" in the background.
Also, her eye was open, but then I closed it because I couldn't get the angle right. Should I open it again? It's a question that I've been going back and forth in my head for a few days now. Any input you have would be appreciated.}
